The service

Nutripane turns the recipe you enter into a Nutrition Facts panel plus an ingredient, allergen, and state-disclaimer label. You can build and preview a label for free. The free preview carries a watermark. Paying $24 once removes the watermark on that label and unlocks the clean, print-ready file and your recipe cost per unit.

Nutrition figures are estimates

This is the most important thing to understand. Nutripane calculates your panel from public USDA FoodData Central values and the amounts you enter. That is an estimate, not a laboratory analysis. Real ingredients vary, and a typo in an amount changes the result. You are responsible for checking your label for accuracy and for meeting the FDA and cottage-food rules that apply to your product and your state before you print it or put it on something you sell. Nutripane does not give legal advice, and a label it generates is not a guarantee of compliance.

Your content and your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you put into Nutripane. By using it you confirm that:

• The recipe and details you enter are yours to use.
• You will verify the finished label against your own ingredients and your state’s current rules.
• You will not use Nutripane to break the law or to mislead buyers about a food product.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse engineer it.

You keep ownership of your recipe and your finished label. We keep ownership of Nutripane itself: the software, design, and content of the site.

Pricing and payment

The Pro label price is $24, paid once per label, with no subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices may change, but a change never affects a label you have already paid for. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Because you can preview the full label before paying, purchases are generally final. If something is genuinely wrong on our end, we will make it right. See the Refund Policy for the details.

Service “as is”

Nutripane is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a label that was printed or used without being verified first. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Nutripane is limited to the amount you paid us for the label in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nutripane after a change means you accept the updated terms.
