Preview before you pay

Nutripane lets you build and see your whole label for free before you spend anything. The preview shows the full Nutrition Facts panel, the ingredient statement, and the allergen line, with a watermark. You only pay $24 once you have checked the label and want the clean, print-ready file. Because you see everything first, a paid label is generally non-refundable.

When we do refund

Fair is fair. We will refund you if something went wrong on our end, for example:

• You paid but the clean file would not generate or download.
• You were charged twice for the same label.
• You were charged an amount that does not match the price shown.

If you simply changed your mind after unlocking a correct label, we may not be able to refund it, since the file has already been delivered. Reach out anyway and we will look at it honestly.

How to ask

Email support@nutripane.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the link to your label and the email you used at checkout so we can find the payment. We aim to reply within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
