Who we are

Nutripane (nutripane.com) is operated by Mining Wells LLC, 17595 Harvard Ave, Irvine, CA 92614. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Mining Wells LLC. If you have a question about your data, email support@nutripane.com.

What you give us

You do not need an account to use Nutripane. The information we hold is the label content you type in: your product name, serving size, ingredients and their amounts, and the state you selected. We store that so we can compute your Nutrition Facts panel and keep your label working at its permanent link. If you never build a label, we store none of this.

Your ingredient amounts and recipe are yours. We do not use them to train models, and we do not sell them or share them with advertisers.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe. When you pay to unlock a clean label, you enter your card details on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on our site. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares back a payment confirmation and the email you gave at checkout so we can mark your label paid and send a receipt. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Analytics and cookies

To understand which pages help people and which do not, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set their own cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, rough location from your IP address, device type, and how you move through the site. We use this in aggregate to improve Nutripane. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies. Our own site sets no tracking cookies beyond these tools and what Stripe needs for checkout.

How long we keep things

We keep your saved label so its permanent link keeps working for you. If you want a label and its data deleted, email support@nutripane.com with the link and we will remove it. We keep basic payment records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@nutripane.com and we will respond. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights, and we do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

Nutripane is a tool for food sellers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
